He has solid leadership skills acquired through building and managing large multi-disciplined teams across all aspects of a production - from development and casting through to running multi-camera shoots and multiple edit suites.
Rob has extensive experience steering productions from initial pitch to delivery and working on talent-heavy series with high-profile celebrity contributors.
